Due to the nature of the copyrighted materials we carry, most companies generally do not refund, or offer an exchange on sewing patterns. However, if we have made a mistake with your order, we happily will exchange for the correct item, as long as the item is returned to us unused, unopened and in sellable condition within 30 days from the original date of shipment of your order from us to you. Please include a description of any error and include your name and mailing address.
Domestic Orders: Once received, processed, and packed, orders within the United States are then shipped via USPS Mail. Orders to Canada are shipped via USPS Airmail. Please allow 2-3 weeks to receive your order.
International Orders: Orders going Outside of the US or Canada. USPS Surface Mail takes about 4-6 weeks once shipped. Airmail takes about 7 days once shipped.
Note about Copyright...
All patterns are protected by US and International Copyright Laws. They are licensed for home-sewing only. You are welcome to make as many garments from a pattern for yourself or to give to others as gifts, however, the patterns, and the garments produced from the patterns, are not for commercial reproduction, retail sale, or profit.
Like most any other company's product or service, anytime a pattern is copied, sold, sewn for profit or in any other way reproduced or distributed illegally, we lose a much needed sale which hurts both our little company, the other pattern companies we retail, and our family very much.
Thank you for your understanding and respect for our hard-work! We'd be happy to help if you have any questions on our copyright, commercial licensing, or any of our other policies! We're happy to assist you!
