This headcovering was hand-drafted from old example and antique photos of Mennonite coverings worn by ladies in the 1800s to early 1900s.  You will see similar coverings still worn today by some Old Order grandmothers.   This covering offers a full brim that covers the head and a small crown, covering the bun, designed for the bun to be worn up higher on the head.
